November Recap

Growth, Gratitude, and Living in Answered Prayers

November has been a month of transformation, reflection, and deep gratitude—a time to slow down, embrace the present, and recognize the beauty of living in answered prayers. As the pace of life shifted, so did my focus, and I’ve never felt more connected to my purpose and passions.

With football season winding down, I treasured the extra one-on-one time with Jacoby. Took him to Fright Fest and go to 8 haunted houses which had me leave my comfort zone to enjoy things that he like to do. It is crazy how you get old and realize your kids are teaching you life as well. These moments reminded me of the importance of slowing down and being fully present for the people I love most. It was refreshing to shift gears from the busy, demanding schedules and just enjoy the simplicity of connection.

But this month wasn’t just about slowing down—it was also about stepping up. I recommitted to my creativity and content creation journey, a decision that required some tough, honest conversations with myself. The road hasn’t always been easy, but having the support and guidance of my amazing fiancé made it feel possible. His belief in me gave me the courage to keep pushing toward my dreams.

November Highlights

This month brought so many incredible milestones and blessings:

  • Launched a New Business: I officially launched my photography and content creation business, helping fellow creators bring their visions to life. This leap of faith felt like stepping into my purpose. 📸

  • Accepted Into Affiliate Programs: I was accepted into multiple affiliate programs, making my goal of becoming a full-time content creator even more tangible. This is a huge step toward turning my passion into a sustainable career. 💻✨

  • Career-Aligned Opportunity: I was offered an opportunity that perfectly aligns with my passion and long-term career goals. It’s a dream come true to see everything fall into place! 🌟

  • Personal Growth: This month, I proudly met my yearly book goal (yes, certified bookworm here! 📚), but the learning didn’t stop there. I finally tackled a long-time personal goal—learning to braid to the scalp. It’s something I’ve wanted to master since I was little, and having two boys with long hair gave me the perfect motivation to make it happen. Those quiet moments of practice, twisting and weaving strands, reminded me that growth often lies in the little victories. It's a beautiful reminder of the joy that continuous learning brings, no matter how big or small the skill

  • Family & Football: I soaked in the joy of watching football with my family, feeling grateful for the simple, sweet moments that make life so special. 🏈❤️

Reflecting on Gratitude

As I look back on November, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. I feel more present—mentally, physically, and emotionally—for myself and my family. The lessons I’ve learned this month remind me that dreams take work, but they’re so worth the effort. It’s not just about achieving goals; it’s about the journey, the growth, and the people who support you along the way.

I’m living in answered prayers, and for that, I’m endlessly thankful.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Here’s to the growth, the gratitude, and all the beautiful moments still to come. 🙏✨
